The PPCO is a network of professional photographers committed to the craft of photography. The organization provides its members with fellowship, business and marketing support. We serve the Columbus, OH area, and many of the surrounding counties, and strive to elevate the standards of photography. We are an affiliate of the Professional Photographers of America.

Please remember that the PPCO Board Elections will be held at the May meeting. Please bring your balot to the meeting. If you're unable to attend, please submit your balot before the 12th to me or any other current board member so your vote can be counted.

Program "Journeying through Life"
Join Joanna and Aaron as they take you through journey of life and how to capture that road in images. From newborn portraits through the golden anniversary, they will show you the unique ways to showcase each of these special milestones in life. In this program, Aaron and Joanna will help you to understand the experience clients are searching for in photography and how they are willing to pay top dollar for it. They will discuss their methods of photographing in the camera rooms – the simple backgrounds and elements they and their staff use. This program will demonstrate shooting techniques live and is packed full of marketing ideas. This program will help any photographer renew the heart and the passion of the profession.
Joanna and Aaron's Bio
After returning from Sweden in 1991, Aaron Patterson set a goal to own and operate a full service portrait photography studio. In 1999, the goal became a reality. With his wife, Joanna, they opened Visualizations Photography Inc. Joanna, a business administration graduate from Kent State University, and Aaron, a professional photographer for over fifteen years, have combined their talents to operate one of the most successful full service studios in all of Ohio. Photographing weddings, high school seniors, children and families, their passion and love of photography is evident to all. Their heart and emotion is seen in every photograph they capture. Both are Certified Professional Photographers through the Professional Photographers of Ohio. As members of the Professional Photographers of America, Aaron and Joanna have each won numerous awards and merits for their portraiture. Aaron and Joanna spend free time with their wonderful twin daughters, as well as coaching and contributing time to the local youth sports community.
